Sometimes a larger group of classmates is just the thing, to give you the social aspect of the fitness experience.  We offer a variety of group fitness classes that are constantly changing due to the needs and requests of our clients.  The Key to success is constant change and new challenges to shock your body and mind. This style of training allows you to benefit from the attentiveness of a personal trainer, while having another person or two to help motivate you and keep costs within your budget.  Pricing varies on 2-4 participants.

There are so many benefits to having the undivided attention of a trainer to assess your own personal ability, needs and goals. 1 on 1 will allow us to create a suitable program just for you, making sure that you have good technique, and are comfortable with your workout.
